Acid CIP Degreasers
SAN-NO is a concentrated, non-foaming acid detergent. It is used in all branches of the food and beverage industry for acid washing of equipment and utensils (aluminum, stainless steel).
SAN NPH is a strong acid cleaning product based on nitric and phosphoric acid for use in the dairy and beverage industry. It is effective for removing scale, has good wetting properties, and exceptional cleaning ability, and it does not foam.
SAN NPO is an acid liquid detergent based on phosphoric acid, peracetic acid, and hydrogen peroxide with a significant amount of special wetting agents. Organic deposits such as fats and proteins are penetrated and emulsified, while mineral residues like calcium deposits and water scale are dissolved.
Foaming Acid Degreasers
It is an acid liquid detergent, based on phosphoric and nitric acid, foaming, intended for removing organic (fats, proteins) and inorganic (limescale, rust) deposits. It is recommended for daily maintenance of machinery, equipment, and surfaces with organic or inorganic load in the food industry.
It is a very strong foaming detergent, due to the synergistic effect between mineral acids and the surfactants it contains. It can be applied both manually and with high-pressure equipment. Due to corrosion inhibitors, it does not attack surfaces made of Cr-Ni steel, aluminum, rubber, plastic, glass.

San-SR 40/3 is recommended for removing tar and burnt proteins, suitable for all types of mechanical cleaning in closed systems. It is usually used for cleaning milk and cream pasteurizers, separators with their own cleaning systems, tanks, and pipeline systems in the dairy industry.

Recommended in the food industry for automatic crate washing machines to remove protein and fat deposits, specially designed for degreasing and descaling pasteurizers, CIP systems for food processing, pipelines, cooling tanks, and cisterns in the food industry. It acts efficiently and quickly.
Foaming Alkaline Degreasers
It is a medium alkaline, foaming detergent. The product is not affected by hard water due to its chelating agents, thus maintaining its foaming capability. It ensures excellent cleaning and emulsifying properties, making it effective in cleaning surfaces with fats and proteins. Application can be done with foam generators, high-pressure systems.
A foaming alkaline degreaser with high alkalinity designed for use in the food industry, for removing persistent deposits of oils and burnt fats, etc. SAN-FOAM 308 K develops stable foam with very good adhesion properties, dissolves burns, and has a rapid effect due to the synergistic effect of the mixture of surfactants, bases, and sequestering agents. Used in all branches of the food industry for cleaning the external surfaces of tanks, machinery, reservoirs, conveyors, work surfaces, walls, and floors.

When used according to recommendations, SAN-FOAM 358 solutions do not attack stainless steel, steel, enamel, plastic, or rubber surfaces. For painted or varnished surfaces, preliminary testing is recommended.
A foaming degreaser with very high alkalinity designed for use in the food industry, for removing persistent deposits of proteins, tar, oils, and burnt fats, etc. SAN-FOAM 401 K develops stable foam with very good emulsifying properties for fats and burns.
A strong alkaline, foaming detergent for removing tar from smoking cells. The recommended concentrations of SAN CEL 401 K/3 are between 1-5% when using a suitable foaming device, depending on the degree of soiling, and for persistent deposits, it may be increased to 10%. Normally, the temperature range used is 30-70ºC.
Disinfectants
Surface disinfectant – TP4, based on quaternary ammonium salts, with bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal action.
Recommended for disinfecting floors, walls, installations, machinery. Dilution 3%, contact time 15 min, temperature 20°C.
Concentrated disinfectant for surfaces -TP2 – active substance- quaternary compound. The product is predominantly used as a surfactant/antimicrobial agent in formulations for products intended for hygiene in hospitals, farms, the food sector, and personal hygiene. Dilution 1/1200 l water.
Alcoholic disinfectant for hands and surfaces that does not require rinsing, TP1, TP4 bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal.
Used for hand disinfection in the food sector, public catering, educational units as well as in disinfectant devices (alcohol dispensers at factory entrances). For rapid disinfection of previously washed work equipment, small removable parts, and surfaces in the industry and food sector. SAN SEPTOL is also recommended for disinfecting cold areas.
Refrigerated Spaces
Ready-to-use cleaning detergent for refrigerated rooms and freezers. Allows cleaning of the freezer without defrosting.
Complete drying, leaves no residue, does not require subsequent rinsing. Compatible with all materials found in the freezer or refrigerated room. Does not contain methanol. Leaves no sticky or slippery residues.
The product has a high concentration of active solvents, being effective for dissolving difficult soils from room temperature to freezing temperatures of -28.9°C.
